Ok, so that's indeed the problem: those patches are guarded whereas
they should not (you are running Sage 4.6, right?). Here is the result
of hg qselect on my machine.
zephyr-~s>hg qselect
4_6_1
5_0
sage -combinat update, or sage -combinat qselect was supposed to fix
that.
