it is ecl, which is a decent implementation.  If the program is written
in ansi common lisp, it should not make a difference whether sbcl or ecl
runs under the hood -- except for speed.

On linux, sbcl outperforms ecl, as far as I know.  (at least fricas is
much faster when sbcl is used)
