Hi Dan, For me, your patch applies as well on sage-5.4.rc0. Sometimes, I think the patchbot does not work properly. Perhaps try uploading the patch again with a minimal change in the description to see whether this fixes it (the patchbot might have just temporarily not worked).
Did you change the patch from when I reviewed it (since you uploaded a new version)?
