  DEPRECATION: A future pip version will change local packages to be built in-place without first copying to a temporary directory. We recommend you use --use-feature=in-tree-build to test your packages with this new behavior before it becomes the default.
   pip 21.3 will remove support for this functionality. You can find discussion regarding this at https://github.com/pypa/pip/issues/7555.

Error installing package cysignals-1.10.3
************************************************************************
Please email sage-devel (http://groups.google.com/group/sage-devel)
explaining the problem and including the log files
  /home/joeblack/DOCS/sage/sage-9.4/logs/pkgs/cysignals-1.10.3.log
and
  /home/joeblack/DOCS/sage/sage-9.4/config.log
Describe your computer, operating system, etc.
If you want to try to fix the problem yourself, *don't* just cd to
/home/joeblack/sage-installation/var/tmp/sage/build/cysignals-1.10.3 and type 'make' or whatever is appropriate.
Instead, the following commands setup all environment variables
correctly and load a subshell for you to debug the error:
  (cd '/home/joeblack/sage-installation/var/tmp/sage/build/cysignals-1.10.3' && '/home/joeblack/DOCS/sage/sage-9.4/sage' --buildsh)
When you are done debugging, you can type "exit" to leave the subshell.
