Is there an (incomplete?) Sage 10.1 installation that is interfering?

Asking, as the log says:

Using pip 22.3.1 from
/home/papa/sage-build/sage-10.1/local/var/lib/sage/venv-python3.9/lib/python3.9/site-packages/pip

------

We used to be able to build Sage on Rasperry Pi arm32. It had a weird bug,
though.

If someone can tell me how to install a 64-bit OS on Raspberry Pi 4 (I have one
collecting dust in a box) I can try this.
RPi used to hesitate in regard of switching to 64-bit, having it "unofficial"
for years, and last time I checked a year or so ago, they still were in two
minds, it was quite hard to tell which installer to choose.

In principle aarch 64 should not be a problem at all.
