There is no earlier installation, it is a new box, I bought it for the kids.
I start the build directly in the source directory, the error reproduces 
after make distclean.

Installation of the 64bit-OS as no problem, I just downloaded and followed 
instructions from their homepage (just did Pi4 - 3 boxes).
