Yep, but I am still trying to think of a clever way to force
SPKG_CHECK to be set for only certain spkgs without actually editing
spkg-install. One way would be to have a list in local/bin, i.e. spkg-
check-list that is parsed by local/bin/sage-spkg and if the spkg is
listed there spkg-check would automatically be invoked.

Thoughts?
