I'm against all that SUA stuff. I completely agree it's a great help to
get sage running on Windows, but that only happens for a very small user
base: those who have SUA installed.

When I see something saying that it "Works on Windows", specially open
source software, I expect it runs at least on what's most common, which
in my view it's Windows XP and Vista Home. Those clearly are not the
case with SUA.

Also, I believe that would be a major milestone to reach, which would
really deserve a major version number. I say that because quite a lot of
people around there would spit in anything *nix before even trying. To
be able to run Sage in Windows for the newbie user would be like a whole
new "market" for Sage.
