Hi, I have an Asus EEE PC 1000H running Ubuntu 8.10. Sage 3.4 fails to compile:

Invalid configuration `p6???-pc-linux-gnu': machine `p6???-pc' not recognized configure: error: /bin/bash ./config.sub p6???-pc-linux-gnu failed Failed to configure. real 0m1.179s user 0m0.568s sys 0m0.708s sage: An error occurred while installing gmp-mpir-0.9 Please email sage-devel http://groups.google.com/group/sage-devel explaining the problem and send the relevant part of of /home/carlo/sage/install.log. Describe your computer, operating system, etc. If you want to try to fix the problem, yourself *don't* just cd to /home/carlo/sage/spkg/build/gmp-mpir-0.9 and type 'make'.
