Hi, I have coded some routines that calculate Wigner 3j, 6j, 9j, Clebsch- Gordan, Racah and Gaunt coefficients (integrals over 3 spherical harmonics) exactly. It is all in a single python file with doc tests. If I am not mistaken then Sage currently does not have such functionality and I think it would be very useful for atomic, molecular, nuclear physicists as well as quantum chemists out there.
