Hello folks, for various reasons I am taking a break from release management. Post 4.0.rc0 I have merged only a few patches that can be found in
http://sage.math.washington.edu/home/mabshoff/release-cycles-4.0/rc1/ and should simply be reimported. It would also be good if someone could deal with trac accounts since I am not likely to be around much in the next four weeks.
