Were you browsing the code on combinat.sagemath.org/code? Oops, I
just forgot to update it recently. It's on its way (sage 4.2 being
recompiled).
The renaming are done in the latest version of the patches. For
OrderedSets, I left a temporary alias OrderedSets =
PartiallyOrderedSets, because I did not want to handle the backward
compatibility thing right now.
