Perhaps it's me, but reading http://www.sagemath.org/development-prize.html
I believe someone could easily get the impression that Michael Hansen was 'runner up' with 'second prize' and Michael Abshof was the winner with 'first prize' I think the 1st and 2nd should be dropped, and just have 2008 and 2009 winners.
