Dear sage-devel,

I made a small spkg in ticket #7239 which just received a positive
review.
Some apllications in #7240 are following the same way.

The package contains the list of prime factors occuring in
numbers of the form p^k-1 with p<13 and small k which can be useful
e.g. for finite field stuff.

If this second patch is accepted, it will add a warning the first time
the user tries to test the primitivity of a polynomial over a field of
small characteristic (2,3,5,7 or 11) but big cardinality ( > 2**100 ).
The warning is an advertisement for the optional spkg in #7239.

My first question is: in general, do you find it reasonable to make
such an advertisement?

Secondly, citing the reviewer:
"
cremona:
But why don't we (you!) put a case to sage-devel for including this
spkg as standard? It's only another 492837 bytes, and the cremona
database is 78M.
"

Thoughts?
