but did you try to restart the make command in:

make[8]: Leaving directory
`/export/home/drkirkby/sage-4.3.1.alpha1/spkg/build/atlas-3.8.3.p10/ATLAS-build/src/blas/level1'
Did you search ATL_dnrm2_xp0yp0aXbX.c in this dir?
