In the Sage 4.3.1 interpreter, an attached file gets re-read
exactly two times when changed. Subsequent changes
(saved to disk, of course) do not trigger re-reading the file.

If within the same session I re-attach the file by issuing
attach <filename>, the file is reloaded again. Then, the
next change to the file triggers, after that, no more.

So I will have to re-attach the file every now and then or
restart the whole Sage interpreter, both of which is kind of
cumbersome.

A file, once attached, triggered a re-load just fine each time
it was changed in Sage Versions 4.1.x, 4.2.x and 4.3.

Environment info (including, but probably not limited to):

Sage version: 4.3.1
OS: Debian GNU/Linux 5.0.3 "Lenny"
Architectures: amd64
GCC version: (Debian 4.3.2-1.1) 4.3.2

My Sage installation is self-compiled from source.
4.3 had been upgraded from earlier versions.
For 4.3.1, I used a freshly extracted source tree.
