My question was motivated by the fact that SDMP in Maple 14 seems to be slower *in real time* with more than 4 cores for sparse multiplications, so that giac become faster than SDMP for sparse problems starting at 8 cores (giac is always faster than SDMP for dense on this benchmark). Did you fix that or is it the reason why Maple advertise only for 1 to 4 cores?
