Yep. To me "needs info" means either the reviewer or the author(s)
cannot further proceed with the ticket without some direct response
from the author(s) or the reviewer, respectively. It doesn't
necessarily imply the need for "real" work (on the patches, spkgs
etc.); often the ticket's status is simply reverted to "positive
review" or "needs review" after an answer has been given.
