I tried this on both 4.7 and 4.7.1 (Mac OS X, 10.6.8).  Both versions behaved 
the same: a browser window was opened, showing obscure commentary :-}

Are you saying that it worked in previous versions of Sage, but not in 4.7.1?  
Did anything change on your end?  New/different browser?  Is this on a 
self-contained system, or are you using something with a lot of network-sourced 
apps?
