The last days I built a Sage Windows Installer. It includes Virtualbox (Gpl2 licence) and autoinstalls it together with a virtual machine. It also autoimports it and creates entries for the start of the machine in the Windows Program Folder. It also creates an uninstaller.
I have made some screenshots http://boxen.math.washington.edu/home/emil/doc/html/en/Windows_Installer.html In principle it is possible to build such an installer for any Sage virtual machine. It just needs an "ova" file. I'm currently uploading sources of the installer to http://boxen.math.washington.edu/home/emil/Win-Inst This is just alpha - with the Virtual Box commandline tools there are plenty of improvements possible (e.g. run the VM in "Headless mode") Maybe this is interesting emil -- To post to this group, send an email to sage-devel@googlegroups.com To unsubscribe from this group, send an email to sage-devel+unsubscr...@googlegroups.com For more options, visit this group at http://groups.google.com/group/sage-devel URL: http://www.sagemath.org
