Update, we are down to these doctest failures:

1) File 
"/opt/sage-5.0-linbox/devel/sage/sage/tests/french_book/numbertheory.py",
line 43:
    sage: [r for r in R]
Expected:
    [0, 2*x, x + 1, x + 2, 2, x, 2*x + 2, 2*x + 1, 1]
Got:
    [0, x, x + 1, 2*x + 1, 2, 2*x, 2*x + 2, x + 2, 1]

This is easy, but I wonder what we should do because this doctest is
from the "french book", do we need to update it too?

2) File 
"/opt/sage-5.0-linbox/devel/sage-main/sage/schemes/hyperelliptic_curves/jacobian_morphism.py",
line 292:
    sage: Q = J(H.lift_x(F(a+1))); Q
Expected:
    (x + 6*a + 6, y + 2)
Got:
    (x + 6*a + 6, y + 2*a)

Could someone familiar with the code weight in?

3) File

Could someone familiar with the code weight in?
