speaking from the IPython side, this would be great for us.  We're
starting to have real collaboration between ipython and sagenb (again,
thanks largely to J. Grout's outstanding cross-project bridge building
work, e.g. https://github.com/ipython/ipython/pull/2051).  But
obviously it would be much better from our perspective if code could
flow both ways creating a real symmetric, collaborative relationship.
Right now our code can happily go into sagenb as needed, but not the
other way around (you guys have been great at relicensing specific
snippets when asked, but that's not really a viable solution for
everyday ongoing work).
