They offered me the possibility of hosting a virtual machine in a server. There might be some obstacles still, since the policy is not to serve IP's pointed by domains outside of the university. Somebody needs to be convinced about it.
On the other hand, they also offered me the possibility if serving a download mirror. That could be done directly without asking further permissions.
