ccobject.h is gone. https://github.com/sagemath/sage/tree/master/src/c_lib/include After much discussion on how to deal with libcsage and how to build it. Jeroen decided to integrate it in sage itself and it has been losing bits for a couple of release at least.
If you still have that file it may be a remnant from an old install.
