There is also this wiki page that we created at about the same time:

But providing a good template to start from is indeed more
important. It should support:

- Sage style doctesting
- Sphinx doc compilation
- Compiling simple Cython files

I could pull the first item out of
https://github.com/nthiery/sage-semigroups/. And am interested in the
later for my own packages.

Erik: maybe we could work on this together later this week?
