What if the goal is to allow scientific computation to the whole department with best possible security, while still allowing administrator to install optional packages, also packages for GAP inside Sage?

I guess it is Docker package running as isolated process, Shibboleth instead of LDAP and maybe computation run as separated Docker instances. I guess it is possible in thery, but how about practise?
