do I understand correctly that this is a snapshot (as indicated on that page: 2017-09-12 12:15 UK time), so this is not suitable for running patchbots? I tried accessing git://trac.sagemath.org/sage.git from two different universities in Austria and one virtual server in Germany, no success.
