(just a remark): If pyflakes is mandatory, couldn't the patchbot
just stops if pyflakes is not available at runtime?

Please install *pyflakes* on your system, so that the patchbot runs correctly. This must be installed in the python version used to run the patchbot (and I suggest to use python3 for that).
