Hi,
i just write to inform that the problem was related to my personal
(python?) enviroment variables.
when i logged in as root with: "su -", i couldn´t open the webserver,
whereas when i log in as root typing "su" (also not loading my local
configuration files),
then there is no problem and everything works gut.
thank very much for the help!
