Hello, Here is another alternative: 4.) Using winscp you can browse your home directory via ssh. Then you can select edit from the context menu. You can also configure the editor (as in "you do not have to use emacs") for *.sage. Winscp takes care of up- and downloading the modified version of the file. (filezilla instead of winscp works also, but it asks for confirmation before uploading the modified file, which quickly gets on my nerves.)
