Maybe you can summarize the state of what is broken right now? Is the problem only the implementation of 2-descent on number fields? Rationals works fine?
I was actually reading your papers on descent this week and it seems like 2-descent shouldn't be that hard. Maybe I'm missing some caveat with number fields?
