Hello, I'm interested in using Sage to perform modular decomposition of graphs. I gather this functionality used to be built into Sage but had a bug (http://trac.sagemath.org/ticket/13744) and was later moved to a spkg (http://trac.sagemath.org/ticket/17950) called modular_decomposition (with the bug fixed?). Please correct me if I am wrong---I may be misunderstanding the discussion on those tickets.
I tried to download the spkg with sage -i modular_decomposition but I get: [Errno 404] Not Found: '//mirrors.mit.edu/sage//spkg/archive/list' sed: can't read /home/jeremy/.sage//archive.list: No such file or directory Error: could not find a package matching modular_decomposition on http://mirrors.mit.edu/sage//spkg I have also tried downloading the .tar.bz2 listed on the second ticket, placing it in SAGE_ROOT/upstream, then running "sage -i modular_decomposition" but I get the same error message.
