Yang benar berdasarkan pengalaman lapangan, kita mendapatkan keuntungan hanya pada saat kita membeli dan telah menjual kembali dimana harga jual (plus dividen yg pernah diterima kalau ada) lebih tinggi dari harga beli. :)
Jangan pernah berpikiran seperti Robert T. Kiyosaki di dunia saham bahwa keuntungan didapat justru pada saat kita membeli dan bukan pada saat menjual. Dia bicara dalam konteks properti bukan saham.
