kalo di property, jd sampah kemungkinan kecil (kalau beli 'what' nya betul), soalnya property hancur kalo force majeure, selebihnya harga property bagus2 terus. kalo di saham lebih kompleks, nilai emiten bisa bertambah krn faktor manajemen, prospek dll. mungkin quote yg dipakai di sini, maksudnya cuma timing short term (trading) bukan utk investing.
