In 1983 when Chogum road was built, i was one of the first to have met with an accident there. (a few may remember). fortunately for me i still had my helmet on and believe it or not it saved my life. My advise to all the youngsters out there - accidents don't tell and happen, or could even be the fault of someone else - but if it does, and you have your helmet on, it could save your life. Life is worth living with a lot of choices. Make one of those choices, to wear a Helmet. Jason D'Gama

He escaped miraculously, but it took 12 stitches to close a large bit of flapping skin on his foot. Imagine if that injury was on his head! Cannot imagine? As we have said before, such a licence is no guarantee that we are either producing safe riders/drivers in Saligao or that we have safe driving conditions on our roads.
