The error code is generate by the control we're using for the URL checks. I just emailed the support department of the company that created that control to see if they have some ideas on the meaning of this code (meaning and solution)

Apprently you need to use a proxyserver for the HTTP check, configure the proxy in the setup and flag the use proxy server for that specific check and try it again.
