We have had Servers Alive installed for over a year and all is wonderful about the program. Thank for making a product easy to use and very functional. It is great when our service providers don't know of issues with their service but we do. We have a couple questions about direction.
We have noticed that there are times when as an administrator we want to put a specific system into maintenance outside the normal scheduled times. Since this only happens once, it is preferable for us not to change the standard schedule. We would like to have some method that we could put a system into maintenance for a one time thing during a specified period. Along with this, we would like to find out if the schedules are going to get more granular than one hour periods? This would make it practical for the maintenance to occur and be activated again and not have missed time. Often our processes do not take a full hour, but if we put it into the schedule, it ends up in maintenance for the full hour.
