Servers Alive tries to connect to the SMTP port (port 25) and if this can't
be done within the normal 15 seconds timeout, you'll get that logging.
Try to connect to the SMTP server using a telnet client and see how long it
takes before getting the normal message.
telnet <smtp_server_name> 25
220 something bla bla bla
Do you get this within 15 seconds?
Does it fail all the time from within Servers Alive?

Is "T: 16Pfalse" what the SMTP server is returning??
