Hi Brent and Dirk, I figured out the problem why SA is not sending emails.
Since I send emails to myself through SA, however, I have logged in to our mail server using my account, hence when SA try to login our mail server using my account and password, it created the conflict. Now, as long as I logged out from our mail server, it works!! Thanks.. but, I will have more questions for you guys later for XP..
