Hi Brent and Dirk, I have another problem. I set up "Status Change" option on the SMTP tab of the Setup page. "Status Change" is also selected on the SMTP page of the Alerts tab on each monitored service. Additionally, I have selected the "When Exactly" option with the "when back up too" option, but I just can't receive anything when the host has changed from 'down' to 'up'. I get notification when the service goes down all the time though!
I also looked up the log file, it sent email when host is down but it didn't do anything when the host is up. What is wrong?? Please help.. The '%s' variable seems not updating the status!! how SA verify the status is changed??
