Hi, David.  I use MRTG and ServersAlive together to produce a bit of a portal.  Go

And drill into Local Checks, BrentOzar.com and you'll see how I've integrated MRTG 
graphs in with my SA checks.  Pretty much anything that produces an image can be 
integrated.
