If the ABOUT still gives 1330, then you're running 1330. Make sure that the application and the Servers Alive service are NOT running before doing the upgrade. Also the upgrade will upgrade within the first directory that contains a serversalive.exe file (by default). Could it that you had/have several serversalive.exe files on the system? And that the icon/shortcut that you're using is pointing to another directory then the one you used for the upgrade?
