For what it's worth, I uninstalled the program, deleted the Salive folder from C:\Program Files, and I deleted the Registry keys, rebooted, reinstalled, and then I got the correct version.

Make sure that the application and the Servers Alive service are NOT running before doing the upgrade. Also the upgrade will upgrade within the first directory that contains a serversalive.exe file (by default). Could it that you had/have several serversalive.exe files on the system?
