it might be due to the fact that a security cert pops up when you load the
page. Could that be stopping Servers Alive from actually getting the source
code from the page??

I have this in the test but it fails.

Should contain HTC e-Bill Customer Home Page

Any ideas?

i usually just click, edit, view source and pick something from there that
i
know will only be displayed if the page is available, e.g the page title or
something.
