Dirk,

Do these guys know you have to create the team members before you create the
team, and then populate the team with the already created members?...if you
try to do it the other way around, you will get the results they are
experiencing...

Jon

Just did the following test:
        ping of www.microsoft.com
send alert to {support} when 1 times down

support is a team that is active and has to members being DIRK & JENS
DIRK: on call is not active - has a green SMTP address for all
days/times
JENS: on call is not active - has a green SMTP address for all
days/times

Mail was send to both address (and received correctly too).

Can you tell me how it's setup for you?

dirk.

I'm glad, in an odd way, that someone else has this same problem! I really
want to get my group usage back in action. Dirk, can you look into this a
little deeper please?

Thanks,
Troy

Troy, I've had the same problem since updating from the original build to
the latest beta. What I did to get around it is specify all the emails for
the checks seperating them with commas.

If down email [EMAIL PROTECTED],[EMAIL PROTECTED],[EMAIL PROTECTED]

I dunno if it's a "feature", but it works great....
