He want to be able to send the alert to a different user depending on the
reason of the down.
As an example:
if a URL check fails with a 404 error (page not found) he wants the
alert to be send to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
if the url check fails due to a timeout he wants to send it to the
[EMAIL PROTECTED]

We do use the dependecies for all of the higher level checks, that still
does not relieve the problem completely when the actual check fails.
