First remark DON'T USE READ RECEIPTS ON A LIST!

Second remark: looking at the UK site the file is the correct one and the
serversalive.exe file that was used did have 4.1 as version. What size was
the salive.exe file you downloaded?

I have downloaded from the UK Mirror web site the latest version, I
uninstalled the previous version and installed the new file but it still
shows the version as 4.0.1376. Is this a problem with the mirror site or
the build number has not been updated in the code?

Subject: [SA-list] Servers Alive v4.1 released today

Dear Valued Woodstone Customer,

Because you are one of our valued customers, we'd like to make you aware
of
the release of version 4.1 of Servers Alive. This new version has a lot
of
improvements and we're really excited about it.

Version 4.1 has a number of new features as well as some fixes and
updates.
We've updated several controls, added a feature to the UDP protocol
definition, added a test button within the add/edit entry screen for the
SQL
and the Oracle checks, and lots more. We've added support for AOL
Instant
Messenger, updated the Telnet component used by Servers Alive, increased
the
number of things you can control from the Registry, and added "print
preview" of the main tree. There are also some new features that we've
only
added to the increasingly popular Enterprise Edition of Servers Alive.

In all there are over 200 additions, changes, and improvements in
version
4.1 over version 4.0. And, if you're still using a version prior to
version
4.0, then there are a LOT of improvements you need to see! If you
haven't
yet purchased version 4.x or you'd like to upgrade please visit:

On this Web site you can also upgrade from the Standard Edition to the
Enterprise Edition and purchase a maintenance contract. If you'd like to
