The priority for the syslog message is based on the status of the entry and
can be selected within the setup, so if you select emergency as priority for
a DOWN, then the send syslog message will get the EMERGENCY flag as it's
priority.

hi there,
i installed salive and it works great.
now i want to send to syslog and my questions are:

1. when i select "debug" for "priority to use when
entry is..." down, up, maintenance or unavailable
does it mean priority from debug..emergency or
only just debug?

2. can i configure the priorities seperate for any
host i entered or does it mean for every host?
