Jesse, Yes I have configured the alerts in each test. It seems that if I start playing with a service that I'm monitoring it will send a email message, but if the event just happens on it's own I don't get any messages.
The one thing I am wondering is whether you have to select the team in the alert or if you can just cut and paste the entry in by itself.
