I
would of thought using the schedule to indicate when a check becomes active is
exactly what the schedule feature is for, otherwise what was the original idea
of having a schedule for the time when a check is active.
I find
it hard to believe that having the option of putting a check on Maintenance
until the start of the next scheduled check would not be generally useful to a
wider audience than my current configuration.
I have
been recommending your product and your excellent support, and feedback, to some
colleagues who would be only too happy to purchase if you currently provided a
away of providing the facility I have been discussing.
Thanks
for the feedback and consideration of this request, I will see if I can contrive
another way to achieve this sort of functionality.
Andy

Subject: RE: [SA-list] Possible Future Feature Requestsorry but using the schedule seems very unrealistic for a common feature. A
can understand that in your setup this is something usefull, but we have to
try to make the tool as general as possible.

Then how about having a check box, when putting the check into this status, to use either the schedule checking time or if not checked, for a time hh:mm to be manually entered, would this then satisfy both options.Andy-----Original Message-----

Subject: RE: [SA-list] Possible Future Feature RequestDirk, isn't the "maintenance until next schedule" the same as "maintenance until hh:mm", just using the scheduled time for the check, as specified in the 'checking schedule of entry', as the user specified time, rather than setting another field with this value?Andy-----Original Message-----

Subject: RE: [SA-list] Possible Future Feature RequestWe can't do a "maintenance until next schedule", is would be to specific for your needs and not generaly usefull. What is a possibily is a "maintenance until hh:mm" were the user can specify until when.Dirk.
